Rent: from $125 a week (rooms 6 and 7) to $135
a week (other rooms) including G.S.T.
Bond : two weeks rent (refunded when moving out)
Key Fee: $100 (refunded when moving out)

All rooms are fully furnished with bed and mattress, desk, wardrobe, beside table, desk lamp and bedside lamp.
