    Important News!
1. Webmail through Hotkey!
2. New dial-in numbers and Update to Terms and Conditions.

As you may know, Hotkey Internet Services is now providing you with your Internet needs.

Hotkey Internet Services operates as a national franchise company and this enables us to provide you with the strength of an Australia wide Internet company, combined with the friendly service of your local franchisee.

Check your email from anywhere!
Did you know that you can still check your email from any Internet connected PC the same as you could with Unite?

Simply go to www.webmail.hotkey.net.au or through the 'quick links' section of our homepage at www.hotkey.net.au. All you need is your Unite or Hotkey username and password. You should have received a Hotkey username, password, and email address through your Unite email box. To save you the hassle of remembering two email addresses and passwords, Hotkey has directed all of your Unite email to your Hotkey mailbox, so why not start using your new Hotkey details today!

Dial-in numbers and Terms and Conditions
When Hotkey began looking after your Internet needs as part of our acquisition of Unite online, we undertook to keep you fully informed of any changes that may occur through the web page and via email.

We need to let you know that you will need to change your dial-in numbers for connection to the Internet by June 30, and you will be contacted via email by your franchisee to advise the new numbers, and where to go for help should you need it.

In order to deliver a fair service to everyone, all customers and former Unite customers became subject to Hotkey's terms and conditions - click to read Terms & Conditions.

As part of our commitment to maintaining a quality service to all of our customers, Hotkey operates a Reasonable Use Policy (RUP), which applies to specific plans and forms part of our Terms and Conditions. After a review of the plans formerly offered by Unite Online, the RUP will apply from July 1 to all 'Flat Rate' and 'Unlimited' Plans formerly offered by Unite, although MOST UNITE CUSTOMERS WILL NOT NOTICE ANY DIFFERENCE (you'll still get great performance!). Customers affected will get email notification when the RUP applies. More detail is in an email from your franchisee.

Support
For technical support and accounts enquiries, please call your local franchise through the details you received in your email.
